Breathwork

Franklin Method
The Franklin method is a highly effective evidence-based approach to movement focusing on the body and its function. It was founded by Eric Franklin in 1994 who is a Swiss dancer, movement educator, and lecture. His main goal is to obtain dynamic body alignment, and how to move the body with maximum efficiency by the use of props, such as balls, rollers, and Therabands. It can help to illuminate tension and tightness within the body. Through brain imagery, it can help you experience and understand the bodies function to prevent injury, improve performance, and enhance general well-being. It is a nice compliment to yoga, Pilates, dance, and physiotherapy. Incorporating the imagery work can help to improve awareness, flexibility and mobility, coordination, and strength. The Franklin method has been practicing talked for over 30 years worldwide.
In this workshop, Margy will lead you through a movement practice, using the principles of mat Pilates, along with the Franklin method teachings. It is a 2 hour offering.
Embodied Channeling Circle
Bree Melanson will be hosting an embodied channeling session and guided meditation practice to help reconnect you to your innate intuition. Trance or “embodied” channeling is the ability to reach a deep meditative state and allow for higher intelligent energies to speak through the channel. Bree will be channeling a group of inter-dimensional beings she works with often. They’ll share their healing energy, wisdom and take questions from the class.

Arm Balance Workshop
Bring an open mind and a playful spirit to this two hour workshop focusing on arm balances.
Many students over rely on strength and force when balancing on the hands. Let’s redefine how we look at the shapes focusing on the biomechanics and alignment.
We will begin with a vinyasa flow focusing on hips, hamstrings, and core preparing the body. We will then break down and play in basic arm balances such as Crow, Side Crow, Firefly, Flying Splits, and more.
