Step into a sanctuary of deep relaxation and renewal with our 75-minute Restorative Yoga. This gentle practice is designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace. Through a series of supported postures, calming breathwork, and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to surrender and unwind fully. The ceremony will incorporate elements of ritual and mindfulness, creating a sacred space for healing and reflection.
