PILATES

We offer top quality Pilates classes in a group setting and one-on-one. Om Studio's knowledgeable instructors lead thoughtful, safe and supportive reformer classes suited for all levels. Our class sizes are small and limited to 7 students giving you lots of individualized instruction for a safer practice.

Never tried Pilates before? No Problem! We recommend taking a private session first to become familiar with our equipment, however, this is not required.

PRIVATE YOGA

We bring the practice and equipment to you! The options are endless: corporate settings, office spaces, schools, wedding venues or the privacy of your own home. Classes can also be in the studio. Yoga class will be tailored to your needs (meditative, physical, restorative) targeting your specific goal. Classes and any needed equipment (mats, straps, blocks etc) can be delivered to your location of choice.

Class Descriptions

LOOKING TO RELAX, SLOW DOWN OR ARE YOU A BEGINNER? TRY THESE CLASSES:

  • Mellow Flow is meant to warm you from the inside and out, but not burn you up like our lives can sometimes do. This practice is chill, focusing on reducing stress and deepening the practice with juicier sequencing, deep breath work and elements of restorative yoga included. This class isn't always easy, but it isn't built to make you sweat either. Come nourish your mind, body and spirit with this grounding class.

  • Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy). The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners.

  • Flow and Restore is meant to warm you from the inside and out, but not burn you up like our lives can sometimes do. This practice is chill, focusing on reducing stress and deepening the practice with juicier sequencing, deep breath work and elements of restorative yoga included. This class isn't always easy, but it isn't built to make you sweat either. Come nourish your mind, body and spirit with this grounding class.

  • Pilates Reformer level 1/2 focuses on form and technique at a slower pace. Its a perfect introductory class for beginner students who want to build a strong foundation, but also great for students who wish to review Pilates fundamentals to insure accuracy and stability before moving toward more advance work. No matter your fitness level, you will get a workout from the Level 1/2 Pilates classes. Great for students with movement restrictions or injuries. 50 mins.

    Grippy Socks required. We sell socks in studio for $18

    Canceling less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled class is considered a “late cancel.” If you late cancel or no show your class will be forfeited. Members will be charged a $15 fee.

LOOKING TO MOVE A BIT FASTER, SWEAT AND ADVANCE YOUR PRACTICE? TRY THESE CLASSES:

  • Linking breath to movement , our heated flow gets the body moving! This invigorating class is taught in an infrared heated environment (75 to 85 degrees) and offers playful and creative sequencing set to incredible playlists. Each teacher brings their own style to this class-try them all and find what flows with you.

  • Barre is a total body workout based on a fusion of pilates and dance exercises. Build lean muscle through small isometric movements and strength training.

  • Pilates Reformer 2/3 is designed for the client that is ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking Level 1/2 Pilates classes. The classes will move at a faster pace and assume you understand basic cueing and technique. Minimal breaks will be taken during class. Class instruction will be delivered to the average fitness level for the clients in attendance. Modification to make the exercises harder or easier will be given by the instructor. 50 mins.
