Embodied Breath Work

Join Lindsay for a special 75-minute breathwork experience designed to help you release, reset, and return to yourself. This offering is your invitation to move energy, clear mental clutter, and tap into the healing power of your breath.

We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding flow to get embodied and connect to sensation—about 25 minutes of mindful movement to soften tension and prepare the nervous system for deeper work. From there, Lindsay will offer a brief 10-minute talk exploring the technique and science behind breathwork—how conscious breathing supports the nervous system, promotes emotional release, and invites greater presence.

You’ll then be guided through a 30-minute active breathwork journey, followed by a 10-minute savasana-style integration to allow the body and mind to fully absorb the experience. We’ll close with space for questions, group sharing, and reflection.
