Bring an open mind and a playful spirit to this two hour workshop focusing on arm balances.
Many students over rely on strength and force when balancing on the hands. Let’s redefine how we look at the shapes focusing on the biomechanics and alignment.
We will begin with a vinyasa flow focusing on hips, hamstrings, and core preparing the body. We will then break down and play in basic arm balances such as Crow, Side Crow, Firefly, Flying Splits, and more.

Students should have an established vinyasa practice including a stable chaturanga.
