I have been going to Om Oasis yoga, spin and pilates for over two years now. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at home. There is no judgment at Om. I was comfortable despite not being very advanced in my yoga skills and all teachers, especially Sarah, have helped me grow in my practice. I have also become huge pilates fan!
